Agilico partners with IRIS Agilico Workplace Technology has partnered with IRIS Education, one of the UK’s leading software providers for schools, trusts and colleges, to deliver a powerful new integration between Agilico Verify and IRIS Financials (formerly PS Financials). The collaboration has resulted in the development of a new integration connector that enables fully automated invoice matching and approval workflows within IRIS Financials, significantly reducing manual data entry, errors and processing times for education finance teams. The new connector builds on a long-standing partnership between the two companies, established through the successful development within IRIS Docs, which has supported users in digitising and automating their document workflows. www.agilico.co.uk Vision launches IDS Vision has announced a strategic realignment of its content management and process automation offering, bringing several established software solutions together under a single specialist team and rebranding the business unit previously known as BPA to Intelligent Document Services (IDS). As part of the move, the team will now also oversee the supply and delivery of DocuWare, Therefore and PlanetPress alongside FileHound. While these solutions have been part of Vision’s wider portfolio for some time, aligning them within one dedicated function is intended to create greater consistency, strengthen customer engagement, and ensure specialist support and consultancy across all offerings. Vision said the new identity more accurately represents its expertise in document management, workflow automation, information governance and digital transformation, as well as its serviceled approach to helping customers achieve improved business outcomes. The IDS brand will be rolled out across the company’s marketing materials, website, internal communications and sales resources over the coming months. As part of the changes, Vision has also promoted Dean Ruddy to Head of Intelligent Document Services . The company described the appointment as a well-deserved promotion and said Ruddy will lead the division through its next phase of growth. With FileHound continuing to gain momentum and a wider portfolio of document and process automation solutions now aligned under IDS, Vision believes it is well-positioned to provide customers with a comprehensive range of intelligent document services. www.visionplc.co.uk Expanded dealer support network Katun has expanded its European dealer support network through the certification of three thirdparty service providers – Solutions30 (France), Orrlo (UK) and MaintSystem (Italy). The initiative is designed to help authorised Arivia dealers deliver reliable, high quality technical support to end-users across key European markets. Each service provider has completed comprehensive training on Arivia devices and has been certified to meet Katun’s strict standards for technical expertise, service quality and customer experience. Authorised Arivia dealers can request thirdparty technical support directly through Katun’s Katalyst partner portal, creating a streamlined process for accessing certified service resources when needed.
